WHEELS & WICKETS OUTFIT

This year I was very last minute getting my outfit together, I really wasn't sure what I was going to wear until the morning of! This is very unlike me, I usually have things planned out way before but I have been so swamped with a new job. Anyways, I actually had the dress and necklace, I just purchased the sequin headband and broach. I wanted to go for more of an evening look, I struggled to find a good daytime garden party dress so I decided to wing it! I was so impressed by every ones outfits and I love chatting about where they found their pieces. It is such a fun theme and leaves lots of room for people to take their own twist on it!

WHITE PUMPS

These shoes have become a staple for me, they go with everything and are super comfortable! Although I love a sky high stiletto, it's not exactly practical. These are a great height and were a total score from TjMaxx! I've also been wearing this green vest a ton, it's easy to toss over a jacket or wear on its own for a warmer day. As a PNW girl I rely on layering, it can be º90 during the day and drop to º65 the minute the sun goes down, vests are the perfect solution!

PRETTY PEPLUM

I have been seriously MIA all summer and I am so excited to get back in to the swing of blogging! Over the last few months a lot has changed from me and I was so busy trying to enjoy my summer I just didn't have time to be on the computer a bunch! But I'm back and I'm starting with this outfit!

I wore this out to a 21 run in Bellevue, it was an insane evening and one I will not forget! I have never been sure how I felt about a peplum top on me, but I've come to the conclusions that I love it and I need more. Also, THESE SHOES, I love them. I have been drooling over these Valentinos for months but obviously cannot justify $945.00 on heels. So these are the next best thing for me, they also happen to be very comfortable and go with everything, win win!

ELECTRIC PINK

When I was in California last month I stumbled upon these kick ass shoes in H&M! I've never been big on a short heels, go big or go home ya know? But they were on sale and I couldn't pass them up because of the vibrant color. I actually really like the heel height, they don't elongate my legs like stilettos do, but on the flip side I can actually wear them all day! I love to use them to dress up an outfit but keep it fun and young. So there you go, hit up H&M for some killer shoes!

CHILLY EVENINGS

This weekend I went to a friends 21 run, I had a really great time catching up with people I rarely see and meeting new friends. We went to the bars in Fremont, which I think I really love! It's fun and not too crowded. Anyways, this outfit if perfect for going out because it works with and without the jacket. It can get really chilly on PNW evenings, so taking a coat is a must, but carrying it around can get annoying. This leather jacket isn't too heavy, which is key so it doesn't annoy you all night. Pucker up with a bold lip, pair it with some casual denim, and take it up a notch with fun heels. Casual evening accomplished!

BLACK TO BASICS

Sometimes you have nothing to wear, even when you have a full closet. I feel like I'm there about 6 times a week lately, Spring in the NW is hard to dress for because the weather is crazy! So next time you have nothing to wear, drag out your black basics, you can never go wrong!

TSHIRT UPGRADE

Lately I've been seeing tons of women dressing up an every day tshirt, I think it's super chic and wanted to try it out. This is a shirt I designed for Rennstall Motorsport, a friends company. I'm trying out different things with my hair, including an almost-middle part, and these photos have convinced me it's not for me haha.

WHAT I'M WEARING IN CA
